“When we met Lina, our son was 7 months old and had been waking every hour to two hours for the entirety of those 7 months. He is our third son and despite the ”experience” I thought I had, I just couldn’t figure it out. My son’s sleeping got very segmented around 4 months of age. He would wake every 2-3 hours and cry until I nursed him back to sleep. This continued for eight months! She prepared us well with what to expect with each step and sent a log to make it easy to track progress. Within two weeks, the whole family was sleeping better! With daily check ins, Lina ensured we were well supported and staying on track. With our son sleeping through the night, and no longer requiring to nurse to sleep, my husband and I have a lot more freedom as well as rest. We can now leave him with a babysitter at bedtime and know that he knows how to sleep on his own. I only wish I had gone to Moonbeams & Sweet Dreams sooner!

We reached out to Lina because we were having a difficult time getting our second child (8 months) to sleep through the night. Being exhausted, since she was up so often, we were often having her co-sleep with us at some point during the night. Everything was a struggle and nothing seemed to be working for us and we felt that it was the right decision to get professional help and that was the BEST decision we ever made!

Lina was great, taking time to meet with us and asking lots of questions so she could develop a plan that would work for us. The plan was great and super helpful. I felt much more confident having the plan as a guide and it helped me be more consistent with following through with specific strategies outlined in the plan. Frequent communication with Lina allowed us to adjust the plan as needed and by the end of the time, we were so pleased that our daughter was sleeping on her own and had a much better routine in place. Lina also provided suggestions and additional information as guidance when we were finished which was extremely helpful too! I would highly recommend seeking help from Lina if you’re struggling with your child’s ability to sleep. It made such a big difference for us! It is truly incredible how well customized sleep training worked for us! Within several nights, our 14-month old was falling asleep on his own. Then about a week later he was falling asleep on his own for naps. We were able to transition away from night nursing too!
Without her guidance and encouragement , I doubt that I would have had the confidence to follow through with sleep training.
It was clear that even our son wanted to sleep better when he laid himself down in his crib and smiled at me! Now he knows and expects this routine, we don’t have to tiptoe out of the room in fear of our creaky floorboards, and we are all sleeping soundly in our own beds.
I went from spending an hour or two getting him to fall asleep in my arms to just putting him in his crib and covering him up. It feels so good to have my evening back to clean and recharge. We would bring him to our bed in the middle of the morning when he started not falling back asleep easily as I was desperate to sleep myself. But I knew neither of us were getting quality sleep.

Lina is a miracle worker! At 9 months, our little was teething half a dozen teeth at once, molars included. What little sleep we were getting was soon a thing of the past. She would only sleep if she was sleeping on my husband or I and if we were in the recline rocking chair. For 6 weeks we took turns sleeping with her on us in the rocking chair until we reached our breaking point - and that is when I spoke with Lina. She listened to our goals, what we were and were not comfortable with, answered all of our questions and worked to put a custom sleep plan in place for daughter. The sleep plan was designed for two weeks. The first night or two were rough - but by night four she had re-learned to put herself to sleep and was sleeping 12 hours through the night. 12!!! It was amazing. And I’m kicking myself for waiting so long to ask for help. Whole heartedly recommend Lina!
